What to Know
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service.
Kindly arrive on time; a 15-minute grace period is provided, after which a late fee or rescheduling may apply.
We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any changes; late cancellations may result in deposit forfeiture.
Missed appointments without notice will result in a forfeited deposit, and future bookings may require full prepayment.
To maintain a calm, one-on-one experience, we kindly ask that no guests accompany you to your appointment.
Please arrive with bare nails and inform us in advance of any existing product or removal needs, as additional time and cost may apply.
